Refund Policy – Elite Plates

As all number plates are bespoke and made to order, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply. We are therefore not obligated to offer refunds or cancellations once production has begun.

We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee to cover material costs and administration where applicable. Orders under £42 may be exempt from The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, meaning cancellation rights may not apply.

If you have placed an order for a bespoke item and production has not yet started, we may offer a full refund at our discretion.
